If you need an addressee for your exercise traffic, e.g., to send a welfare report to a family member outside of the affected area, you're welcome to choose any of these addressees below. They will be routed through the traffic system and delivered; based on the name of the addressee the recipient will know that it is BLACK SWAN 17 exercise traffic and respond accordingly.
