5MHz Operations

On 1 October 2018, the FEMA Spectrum Manager authorized operation between U.S. Government and amateur stations on the 60m / 5MHz interopability channels for BLACK SWAN 18, running 4-10 October 2018.

BLACK SWAN 18 activity will focus on Ch. 4, with daily nets at 1000Z and additionally as deemed necessary by net control stations. During the Intense Activity period of 6-7 October, BLACK SWAN 18 Controllers will be making regular injects to the scenario that will in turn be copied by local coordinated exercise controllers for integration into their own scenarios.
