BLACK SWAN is an annual communications exercise sponsored by the 4th Civil Support & Sustainment Brigade, Ohio Military Reserve. Amateur radio, SHARES, and other government stations are welcome to participate.

BLACK SWAN 21 was held 28 September - 4 October.
