The Ohio State Defense Force (OHSDF) Primary-Alternate-Contingency-Emergency (PACE) Information Network (OPIN) operated scheduled high frequency (HF) radio nets to receive reports of field conditions from amateur radio stations in and around Ohio on 7-8 March 2026 to demonstrate the viability of the Amateur Radio Service and its volunteer operators to support the National Preparedness Goal Core Capability of Intelligence and Information Sharing.

How to transmit the message you created by one of several ways:
Sending the FLMSG file you created over HF with open source application FLAMP
Sending the FLMSG file you created by voice relay, reading right of of the viewable version of the message rather than a "16-line" radiogram
