The annual BLACK SWAN communications exercise, takes place this year on 9-16 December 2025. Leading up to that event, we will have numerous exercises as well as ongoing training and operations. See the Net and its links on training to participate.

• December BLACK SWAN COMEX 25 (9-16 December). Registration is closed but you are welcome to join as an "uncoordinated" player, following on-air instructions. This is an important role in the exercise, showing how the system is augmented by ad hoc volunteers.
